My objective in mediation is to assist attorneys achieve their desired outcome for their clients.

About 2% of cases go to trial, while some get dismissed or withdrawn or decided on summary judgment, but most of them get settled in some fashion.

The mediator’s task is to assist parties achieve their intended outcomes by way of negotiation through the process of mediation. My qualifications and experience are detailed in the accompanying resume.
